CHAP. 1653.— An Act Granting a pension to John Mather. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 16773](/us/bill/58/hr/16773).][[Private, No. 1415](/us/pvtl/58/1415).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Mather.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Mather, late of Company A, Sixtieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
