CHAP. 1644.— An Act Granting a pension to Martha Briscoe. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 2462](/us/bill/58/hr/2462).][[Private, No. 1455](/us/pvtl/58/1455).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Martha Briscoe.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Briscoe, widow of Andrew J. Briscoe, late pilot United States Government transports, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
