CHAP. 1639.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Isaac C. B. Suman. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 902](/us/bill/58/hr/902).][[Private, No. 1450](/us/pvtl/58/1450).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theIsaac C. B. Suman. Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaac C.
B. Suman, late colonel Ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 27, 1904.
