CHAP. 1638.— AN ACT Granting a pension to Michael O’Brien, alias Michael Clifford. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 614](/us/bill/58/hr/614).][[Private, No. 1449](/us/pvtl/58/1449).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMichael O’Brien, alias Michael Clifford.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the plension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Michael O’Brien, alias Michael Clifford, late unassigned recruit, New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
