CHAP. 1636.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Mary Heaney. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 13850](/us/bill/58/hr/13850).][[Private, No. 1447](/us/pvtl/58/1447).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Heaney. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Heaney, widow of Hubert Heaney, alias Feaghey, late of Company D, Fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
