CHAP. 1635.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Damm. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 16304](/us/bill/58/hr/16304).][[Private, No. 1397](/us/pvtl/58/1397).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Damm.Pension. That the Secretary oi the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Damm, widow of August Damm, late of Battery M, Third Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
