CHAP. 1634.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the record of Henry Beeger. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 16266](/us/bill/58/hr/16266).][[Private, No. 1396](/us/pvtl/58/1396).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Beeger.Granted honorable discharge. That Henry Beeger shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the service as a sergeant of Battery D, Second Artillery, as of date of January twentieth, eighteen hundred and fifty-one, and that the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue an honorable discharge in accordance with this Act. Approved, March 3, 1905.
