CHAP. 162.— An Act Granting a pension to Cynthia Thomas. February 20, 1904.[[H. R. 2427](/us/bill/58/hr/2427).][[Private, No. 139](/us/pvtl/58/139).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cynthia Thomas.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cynthia Thomas, widow of Charles Thomas, alias John Young, late of Company D, Eighth Regiment United States Infantry, Florida Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
