CHAP. 1610.— An Act Providing for holding regular terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States at Great Falls, Montana. April 27, 1904. [[S. 2385](/us/bill/58/s/2385).] [[Public, No. 169](/us/pl/58/169).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That hereafter, and until United States courts. Montana judicial district. Vol. 27, p. 252, amended. Terms, Great Falls. Transfer of causes authorized. otherwise provided by law, regular terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the district of Montana shall be held at Great Falls, Montana, on the first Monday in May and on the first Monday in October in each year, and causes civil and criminal may be transferred by the court or judge thereof from Helena or Butte to Great Falls or from Great Falls to Butte or Helena, in said district, when the convenience of parties or the ends of justice would be promoted by the transfer; and any interlocutory order may be made by the court or judge thereof in either place.
