R. 13746](/us/bill/58/hr/13746).][[Private, No. 1435](/us/pvtl/58/1435).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theThomas B. Forgan. Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas B. Forgan, late of Company I, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry.
