CHAP. 1592.— An Act Granting a pension to Cole B. Fugate. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 14071](/us/bill/58/hr/14071).][[Private, No. 1354](/us/pvtl/58/1354).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cole B. Fugate.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cole B.
Fugate, late of Captain Thomas J. Gardner’s company, Ninth Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
