CHAP. 1591.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles S. Abney. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 13999](/us/bill/58/hr/13999).][[Private, No. 1352](/us/pvtl/58/1352).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles S. Abney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles S.
Abney, late of Company C, Second Regiment Georgia Volunteer Infantry, and Company K, Twenty-ninth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
