CHAP. 1590.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Augusta Russell. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 13888](/us/bill/58/hr/13888).][[Private, No. 1352](/us/pvtl/58/1352).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Augusta Russell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior 'be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Augusta Russell, late nurse, Medical Department United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
