CHAP. 1588.— An Act Granting a pension to Phebe Damoth. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 13316](/us/bill/58/hr/13316).][[Private, No. 1350](/us/pvtl/58/1350).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Phebe Damoth.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phebe Damoth, widow of Edward P.
Girard, late of Company C, Eighty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, Company F, Twenty-eighth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, Fourteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
