CHAP. 1585.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to John C. Hamly, alias George Garnett. April 23, 1904.[[H. R. 9429](/us/bill/58/hr/9429).][[Private, No. 1425](/us/pvtl/58/1425).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John C. Hamly, alias George Garnett. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1613laws, the name of John C.
Hamly, alias George Garnett, late of Company A, Fifth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1904.
