CHAP. 1584.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Andrew Deming. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 12486](/us/bill/58/hr/12486).][[Private, No. 1346](/us/pvtl/58/1346).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Andrew Deming.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2023laws, the name of Andrew Deming, late of Company I, Second Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
