CHAP. 1578.— An Act Granting a pension to Bertha C. Hoffmeister. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 11903](/us/bill/58/hr/11903).][[Private, No. 1340](/us/pvtl/58/1340).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Bertha C. Hoffmeister.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bertha C.
Hoffmeister, helpless and dependent daughter of Augustus W. Hoffmeister, late surgeon Eighth Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
