CHAP. 1576.— An Act For the relief of Adolph Spiegel, as the successor of the firm of Spiegel, Finkelstein and Company. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 11802](/us/bill/58/hr/11802).][[Private, No. 1338](/us/pvtl/58/1338).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Adolph Spiegel.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Adolph Spiegel, as the successor of the firm of Spiegel, Finkelstein and Company, the sum of four hundred and thirty-four dollars and twenty-three cents, out of any money in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to refund duties erroneously assessed and charged on merchandise shipped from New York to Porto Rico to the firm of Spiegel, Finkelstein and Company after April eleventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine.
