CHAP. 1549.— An Act Granting a pension to Enoch Voyles. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 9244](/us/bill/58/hr/9244).][[Private, No. 1311](/us/pvtl/58/1311).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEnoch Voyles.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Enoch Voyles, late captain Company G, Third Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
