CHAP. 1548.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Alfred Howser. April 23, 1904.[[H. R. 5996](/us/bill/58/hr/5996).][[Private, No. 1388](/us/pvtl/58/1388).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alfred Howser. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfred Howser, late of Company K, Sixty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
