CHAP. 1542.— An Act For the relief of John Gretzer, junior. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 8413](/us/bill/58/hr/8413).][[Private, No. 1304](/us/pvtl/58/1304).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That John Gretzer, junior, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged from theJohn Gretzer, jr.Military record corrected. military service of the United States as a private of Company D, First Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, on the twenty-third day of August, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, by reason of disability resulting from a wound incurred in said service and in the line of duty.
