CHAP. 1535.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Charles Gochey. April 23, 1904.[[H. R. 4983](/us/bill/58/hr/4983).][[Private, No. 1375](/us/pvtl/58/1375).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theCharles Gochey. Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Gochey, late of Company F, Twenty-fourth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
