CHAP. 1529.— An Act To remove the record of dishonorable discharges from the military records of John Shamburger, Louis Smith, George Heppel, and Henry Metzger. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 6821](/us/bill/58/hr/6821).][[Private, No. 1291](/us/pvtl/58/1291).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Twelfth New York Cavalry.Honorable discharges granted privates of Company M.is hereby authorized to remove the record of dishonorable discharges now standing on the records against John Shamburger, Louis Smith, George Heppel, and Henry Metzger, late privates of Company M, Twelfth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and the other privates of said company named in Special Orders, Numbered five hundred and eighty-eight, dated War Department, November seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, revoking their previous dishonorable discharge, and grant each of them a certificate of honorable discharge, *Proviso.*to date November seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, No pay, etc.That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
