CHAP. 1529.— AN ACT Granting a pension to Mary A. Denston. April 23, 1904.[[H. R. 4241](/us/bill/58/hr/4241).][[Private, No. 1369](/us/pvtl/58/1369).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary A. Denston. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alary A. Denston, widow of Benjamin P. Denston, late of Company K, First Regiment Eastern Shore Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1904.
