CHAP. 1528.— An Act Granting a pension to Malinda McBride. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 6439](/us/bill/58/hr/6439).][[Private, No. 1290](/us/pvtl/58/1290).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Malinda McBride.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda McBride, dependent mother of William A. McBride, late of Company I, Seventeenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
