CHAP. 1527.— An Act Granting a pension to Chester Heiner, alias Justus Hahner. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 6381](/us/bill/58/hr/6381).][[Private, No. 1289](/us/pvtl/58/1289).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Chester Heiner alias Justus Hahner.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Chester Heiner, alias Justus Hahner, late unassigned recruit, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
