CHAP. 1525.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Eugene H. Ely. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 5052](/us/bill/58/hr/5052).][[Private, No. 1287](/us/pvtl/58/1287).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the militaryEugene H. Ely.Granted honorable discharge.*Proviso.*No pay, etc. record of and grant an honorable discharge to Eugene H.
Ely, late first lieutenant of Company G, Third Regiment Indian Home Guards: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1905.
