CHAP. 1523.— An Act Granting a pension to Jonas Ball. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 4680](/us/bill/58/hr/4680).][[Private, No. 1285](/us/pvtl/58/1285).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJonas Ball.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jonas Ball, helpless and dependent son of Jonas Ball, late of Captain William Ford’s company, Maryland Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
