CHAP. 1522.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Benjamin F. Barrett. April 23, 1904.[[H. R. 3670](/us/bill/58/hr/3670).][[Private, No. 1362](/us/pvtl/58/1362).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin F. Barrett. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1599laws, the name of Benjamin F.
Barrett, late of Company I, Third Regiment Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1904.
