CHAP. 1520.— An Act Granting a pension to James M. Redick. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 3914](/us/bill/58/hr/3914).][[Private, No. 1282](/us/pvtl/58/1282).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James M. Redick.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James M. Redick, late of Company C, Fifty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
