CHAP. 1516.— An Act For the relief of Captain Ferdinand Hansen. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 2848](/us/bill/58/hr/2848).][[Private, No. 1278](/us/pvtl/58/1278).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the militaryFerdinand Hansen.Granted honorable discharge. record of Ferdinand Hansen, captain of Company D, Fourth Regiment Missouri Cavalry, and issue to him an honorable discharge, to date from the twelfth day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That nothing herein shall entitle said Ferdinand Hansen to any back pay or allowances to which he might have been entitled*Proviso.*No back pay, etc. but for the action of the court-martial discharging him from the service.
