CHAP. 1512.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Nicholas Swingle. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 778](/us/bill/58/hr/778).][[Private, No. 1274](/us/pvtl/58/1274).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Nicholas Swingle.Granted honorable discharge.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of Nicholas Swingle, late of Company E, Seventy-eighth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and that an honorable discharge be issued in lieu thereof, to date September fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of tile passage of this Act.
