CHAP. 1511.— An Act Granting a pension to Erwin Fancher. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 465](/us/bill/58/hr/465).][[Private, No. 1273](/us/pvtl/58/1273).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Erwin Fancher.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Erwin Fancher, late of Company E, One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
