CHAP. 151.— An Act Providing for an additional officer in the district of Chicago, in the collection district of Indiana and Illinois. February 6, 1904. [[S. 540](/us/bill/58/s/540).] [[Public, No. 15](/us/pl/58/15).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Customs. Naval officer for Chicago, Ill., authorized. [R. S., see. 2602, p. 514](/us/rs/s2602/p514), amended. That there shall be in the district of Chicago, in the collection district of indiana and Illinois, in addition to the officers now provided for by law, a naval officer for the district, who shall perform the duties pertaining to that office, and shall receive a salary of five thousand dollars a year.
