CHAP. 1508.— An Act For the relief of the estate of the late John Jacoby. March 3, 1905.[[S. 3043](/us/bill/58/s/3043).][[Private, No. 1270](/us/pvtl/58/1270).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Jacoby.Payment to widow of.Half from District revenues.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay on the warrant of the Commissioners of the District of Columbia, one-half out of the revenues of the District of Columbia and the balance out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Addie F.
Jacoby, widow of John Jacoby, the sum of seven, thousand five hun2005dred dollars: *Provided*, *however*, That any and all pending suits by*Provisos.*Dismissal of pending suits, etc. the administrator of the estate of the said John Jacoby against the District of Columbia shall first be dismissed, and mutual releases and discharges executed by and between the said administrator and the District of Columbia, releasing and discharging all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of contracts between the said John Jacoby and the District of Columbia, numbered twenty-seven hundred and forty-three, twenty-eight hundred and eighty-nine, twenty-nine hundred and twenty-one, and twenty-nine hundred and sixty-five, remaining incompleted at the time of the death of the said John Jacoby: *And provided further*, That the release or releases of the said administratorWaiver of money retained, etc. of the estate of John Jacoby shall include a waiver of all money retained under said contracts and all other money due or claimed to be due the estate of John Jacoby under said contracts.
