G. Martin.Granted honorable discharge.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to G. G. Martin, late lieutenant-colonel First United States Colored Troops, an honor-able discharge as of date December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, March 3, 1905.
