CHAP. 148.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Andrew Ivory. February 3, 1904.[[H. R. 7370](/us/bill/58/hr/7370).][[Private, No. 135](/us/pvtl/58/135).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Andrew Ivory.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew Ivory, late second lieutenant Company G, Eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
