CHAP. 1476.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel A. Smith, junior. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 13310](/us/bill/58/hr/13310).][[Private, No. 1329](/us/pvtl/58/1329).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSamuel A. Smith, jr.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel A.
Smith, junior, late captain Company F, Twenty-eighth Regiment New York National Guard Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 22, 1904.
