CHAP. 1472.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Banks. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 12964](/us/bill/58/hr/12964).][[Private, No. 1325](/us/pvtl/58/1325).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElizabeth Banks.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Banks, widow of Ephraim N.
Banks, late of Company H, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars a month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 22, 1904.
