CHAP. 1466.— An Act Authorizing the President to appoint S. J. Call surgeon in the Revenue-Cutter Service. March 3, 1905. [[H. R. 18688](/us/bill/58/hr/18688).] [[Public, No. 199](/us/pl/58/199).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Revenue-Cutter Service.S. J. Call may be appointed surgeon. That the President of the United States be, and is hereby, authorized to appoint S. J. Call surgeon in the United States Revenue-Cutter Service, with rank, pay, and allowance of first lieutenant in said Service, including longevity pay under provisions of existing law.
