CHAP. 1458.— An Act To extend the time for the commencement and completion of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Pierre, South Dakota. March 3, 1905. [[H. R. 18513](/us/bill/5/hr/18513).] [[Public, No. 191](/us/pl/58/191).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.Time extended for bridging, by Duluth, Pierre and Black Hills Railroad Company, at Pierre, S. Dak.Vol. 32, p. 659, amended.
That section six of the Act approved duly first, nineteen hundred and two, authorizing the Duluth, Pierre and Black Hills Railroad Company to construct a combined railroad, wagon, and foot-passenger bridge across the Missouri River at or near the city of Pierre. South Dakota, be, and is hereby, amended by extending the time for commencing the construction of said bridge to July first, nineteen hundred and six, and by extending the time for completing said bridge to January eighth, nineteen hundred and eight.
