CHAP. 1449.— An Act Validating certain conveyances of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company and the Northern Pacific Railway Company. March 3, 1905. [[H. R. 17580](/us/bill/58/hr/17580).] [[Public, No. 182](/us/pl/58/182).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Spokane, Wash,Conveyances of Northern Pacific Railroad lands confirmed. That all conveyances heretofore made by the Northern Pacific Railroad Company, or by the Northern Pacific Railway Company, of lots one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven in block six, and lots eighteen and nineteen in block five in the first addition to the third addition to railroad addition, in the city of Spokane, State of Washington, are hereby legalized, validated, and confirmed, said lands forming a part of the right of way heretofore granted by Act of Congress to the Northern Pacific Railroad Company.
