CHAP. 1448.— An Act Granting a pension to Margaret H. Booth. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 9633](/us/bill/58/hr/9633).][[Private, No. 1301](/us/pvtl/58/1301).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMargaret H. Booth.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret H. Booth, widow of Henry Booth, late of Company A, Eighth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
