CHAP. 1447.— An Act Granting a pension to Adonijah Richards. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 8122](/us/bill/58/hr/8122).][[Private, No. 1300](/us/pvtl/58/1300).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAdonijah Richards.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Adonijah Richards, late of Company C, Eleventh Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension1585 at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau, as to mode and times of payment, without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
