CHAP. 1445.— An Act Granting a pension to Ella Hatfield. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 7595](/us/bill/58/hr/7595).][[Private, No. 1298](/us/pvtl/58/1298).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theElla Hatfield.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ella Hatfield, helpless and dependent daughter of David Hatfield, late major First Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
