CHAP. 1444.— An Act Granting a pension to Kate M. A. Mortensen. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 7062](/us/bill/58/hr/7062).][[Private, No. 1297](/us/pvtl/58/1297).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theKate M. A. Mortensen.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kate M.
A. Mortensen, widow of Erick Mortensen, late of Company B, One hundred and nineteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
