CHAP. 1442.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Hopper. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 6307](/us/bill/58/hr/6307).][[Private, No. 1295](/us/pvtl/58/1295).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theElizabeth Hopper.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Hopper, widow of Andrew Hopper, late second lieutenant, Hutchinson Guards, Minnesota State Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
