CHAP. 1439.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Johnson. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 6048](/us/bill/58/hr/6048).][[Private, No. 1292](/us/pvtl/58/1292).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theWilliam Johnson.Pension increased pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Johnson, late of Company H, Eighth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
