CHAP. 1438.— An Act Granting a pension to Ina D. Burdick. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 5867](/us/bill/58/hr/5867).][[Private, No. 1291](/us/pvtl/58/1291).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Ho use of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theIna D. Burdick.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ina D.
Burdick, helpless and dependent daughter of Ira D. Burdick, late captain Company C, Thirty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
