CHAP. 1436.— An Act Granting a pension to Susan Laugherty. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 5431](/us/bill/58/hr/5431).][[Private, No. 1289](/us/pvtl/58/1289).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theSusan Laugherty.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Laugherty, widow of Thomas J. Laugherty, late of Company H, Sixth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
